It would have been a cruel joke if my last writing was that I'm OK as I wrote yesterday.
I feel lucky to be able to write again today. Last night the people of New York waited cautiously
for another terrorist act which hasn't happened yet. We keep hoping that the worst is over. Below
are some amazing photos from around the web. You can see real people making one horrible last
decision because of a handful of cowards. The air smells of burning rubber. There are National Guard
troops in the streets.

There are many questions to ask, how could this happen? Where was our national defense?
I can accept that one plane could hit a target. How can two other giant slow passenger planes
destroy targets? Where were the F-15s, the FBI, the CIA, etc.....
